Airswift is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead offshore brownfields, shutdown, and hook-up activities from the Company Site Representative role. You will ensure safety, quality, integrity, and alignment with project objectives on offshore assets in Doha, Qatar.

The role requires extensive experience in large offshore construction projects, knowledge of sour gas/LNG facilities, and coordination with OESS, Operations, and Contractors to drive efficient execution.

Formación

• High National Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation.
• 8+ years of experience with large projects in construction-related disciplines, including: Construction Installation Fabrication Execution Completion Hook-up Brownfield (BF) Shutdown activities Experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Company Site Representative Offshore Lead role (including acting roles).
• Experience overseeing service/vendor personnel.
• Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to: Major fabrication Transportation Installation Brownfield execution & Commissioning Hook-up activities.
• Knowledge of offshore facilities, structures, and operations applicable to the project scope.
• Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
• Experience working in large-scale operating organizations within: Operations Projects Subsurface Related functions.

Responsabilidades

• Role of Company Site Representative and Lead for offshore brownfields, shutdown and hook-up activities by representing the Company, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, integrity, and project objectives.
• Coordinate with OESS, Operations, and Contractors to drive efficient Brownfields and Hook-up Execution & Commissioning and deliver operational excellence during the offshore execution phase.
