Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Quality Specialist (Assurance) for a Major Oil & Gas operator in Qatar. This onshore role requires driving the Project Quality Plan, leading QA/QC activities, and ensuring compliance with quality systems across engineering, procurement and construction.

• 8 years experience in Quality in the Oil & Gas Industry
• Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
• Strong analytical, organisational and planning skills

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the Project Quality Plan and oversee QMS compliance
• Verify that QC/QA systems meet project specifications
• Drive NCR/Deficiency management and issue resolution
• Participate in root cause analysis and structured problem solving
• Monitor quality KPIs and report trends to Head of Quality
• Coordinate company and contractor audit programs and training records
