Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead (Process) in Qatar to head offshore topside process facilities for major LNG expansion projects. You will provide technical leadership across design, execution, and compliance, ensuring alignment with project specs and international codes.

The role requires guiding multidisciplinary teams, overseeing contractor performance, managing interfaces, and participating in critical reviews such as HAZOP and SIL assessments to drive safe and reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 8 years in engineering, incl. 4 in oil and gas and 1 in supervision.
• Experience leading contractor or vendor teams across FEED to Start-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead all process engineering activities for offshore topside facilities.
• Provide technical leadership for design, delivery, and compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and monitor contractor performance.
• Support engineering reviews and interface management.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and operational performance objectives.
