Confidential is seeking an organized Office Manager to support senior leadership within our Legal function. You will coordinate executive calendars, prepare briefing materials, and act as a trusted single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires coordinating complex schedules, handling confidential information with discretion, and contributing to strategic initiatives and core operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives (C-level preferred).
  • Experience in legal practice is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and communications for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including stakeholder engagement and follow-ups.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, correspondence, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Track and monitor communications, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-ups.
  • Support engagement with prospective and existing stakeholders where required.
  • Assist in execution of special projects, including research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, monitor action items, and ensure timely completion.
  • Support departmental operational plans and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate participation in internal and external events.
  • Manage travel, logistics, and related arrangements for leadership and team members.
  • Organise team activities and ensure smooth execution of departmental requirements.

About the Role

This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless coordination, strategic support, and efficient administrative operations at an executive level.   • Experience in legal practice is highly recommended
