The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for overseeing daily office operations at Al Hadhri & Partners Law Firm. This role includes managing administrative workflows, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and logistics, and maintaining organized records and filing systems.
The Office Manager will supervise office support functions, ensure office equipment and supplies are available and functioning, and support lawyers and legal staff with administrative tasks. The role also involves handling front-office duties such as greeting visitors, coordinating reception activities, and ensuring a professional and efficient client experience.
The Office Manager will work closely with firm leadership to support process improvements, compliance with internal policies, and a collaborative office culture.
Candidates should possess strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills, including organizing workflows, managing schedules, and maintaining records.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
Candidates should possess proficiency with Office Equipment and basic office technology, including printers, scanners, telephones, and productivity software.
Candidates should possess solid organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
Relevant experience as an Office Manager, administrative lead, or similar role in a professional services or legal environment is beneficial. A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred; comparable experience may also be considered.
Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to professional ethics and firm policies.
