Job summary

Black & Grey HR, Doha-based technology solutions provider, seeks a Head of Network Infrastructure Operations to lead large-scale network operations and NOC performance in mission-critical environments.

The role requires deep technical expertise, 12–15 years of network engineering experience, and a CCIE certification. You will drive strategic modernization, automation, and risk management across LAN/WAN, data center, and cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• CCIE certification is mandatory.
• 12–15 years of network engineering experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Strong experience with backbone technologies and hybrid cloud connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 NOC operations with proactive monitoring and rapid incident response.
• Set and monitor SLAs/SLOs for uptime, performance, and reliability.
• Lead engineering teams during live operations and high-pressure events.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into network specs.
• Lead RCA and risk management, budget, and vendor contracts.
