Job summary

Commercial Bank is seeking a seasoned HR professional to support the National Development Programme, developing and delivering in-house training to enhance national capabilities and leadership. The role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and embedding structured career progression for Qatari nationals within the bank.

You will design and implement induction programs, monitor development plans, and collaborate with business leaders to ensure accelerated national talent growth and succession

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Psychology or equivalent.
• 6–10 years’ relevant HR and learning and talent management experience, with at least 6 years in progressively responsible managerial roles.
• Experience with national development programs or similar talent development initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Unit Head, National Development in managing and implementing national development programs through training, coaching and mentoring.
• Deliver new joiners induction and Leaders Induction programs; design work placement student programs and monitor implementation.
• Review progress of Qatari nationals to recommend suitable placements and training in relevant areas.
• Develop and implement training and leadership programs supporting CB strategy and national talent development.
• Manage in-house training and induction programs to build managerial and technical capability among national talent.
