Job summary

QNB Group in Doha seeks an experienced Safety professional to support the Safety team in implementing departmental safety programs, conduct inspections, and train staff across international premises. You will manage safety systems, ensure compliance with policies, coordinate with external safety providers, and drive KPI-based safety improvements for the bank’s global footprint.

The role requires a university degree with safety certifications and at least eight years in international banking

Qualifications

• University graduate with Safety/Security certifications.
• At least 8 years’ of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank.

Responsibilities

• Implement KPI’s and best practices for Safety to protect bank premises and staff.
• Manage safety services across departments and coordinate with external safety companies.
• Oversee safety of all equipment and electrical/mechanical systems on group premises.
• Develop yearly safety programs, checklists, and safety visits for all branches and international premises.
