Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Psychology or equivalent.
• 6-10 years' relevant experience in HR and learning and talent management, including at least 6 years in progressively responsible managerial roles.

Responsibilities

• Support in national development programs through training, coaching and mentoring.
• Deliver induction programs for new joiners and leaders, and design work placement plans.
• Review progress of Qatari nationals to recommend placements and training.
• Collaborate with line managers to enhance national talent development and career planning.
• Monitor mandated training compliance for CB and CBIS staff.
