Al Naqa Medical Solutions, a leading provider of medical and laboratory diagnostics solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Medical Laboratory Sales Representative to join our growing commercial team in Qatar.

You will promote and sell advanced laboratory equipment, diagnostic reagents, and medical consumables to hospitals, private laboratories, and healthcare centers, establishing long-term strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a medical laboratory or allied field.
• Proven sales experience in Qatar's medical laboratory sector, with preference for IVD equipment.
• Fluency in English; valid Qatari residency with transferable visa and NOC.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular field visits to hospitals and laboratories to present and sell lab equipment and solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with laboratory directors, pathologists, technicians and procurement officers.
• Provide technical demonstrations and explain testing menus and equipment features.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends and report pipeline to management.
