Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks a HUB Sales Operations Manager to drive sales excellence across the MEA Service business. You will optimize sales processes, strengthen forecasting, and transform data into actionable insights.

This senior role partners with leaders across LSUs and functions, using Salesforce, Power BI, and reporting automation to enable growth and governance in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Excellence, or related functions.
• Strong experience with Salesforce reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM governance, and dashboarding.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales process optimization, pipeline governance, and opportunity management across the MEA Service organization.
• Oversee GTS and MIMO processes, ensuring standardized and efficient sales workflows.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and automated reporting solutions.
