Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant sales experience in heavy equipment, construction machinery, industrial equipment, or related B2B sector.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing key accounts.
• Strong understanding of the Qatar market and established relationships within construction, infrastructure, oil and gas, or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, industrial, and related sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, equipment rental companies, and other industry stakeholders.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, market analyses, and regular performance reports.
