• Ensure guests are greeted warmly and assisted.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Attend daily front office briefings to align tasks.
• Maintain high morale and a cooperative team atmosphere.
• Punctually report for duty in proper uniform and presentable appearance.
• Greet arriving and departing guests and provide necessary assistance.
• Coordinate with team for smooth transfer arrangements for guests.
• Perform vessel checklists, keep areas tidy, and arrange amenities as required.
• Participate in STCW courses or external training as required.
