Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Doha is seeking a Reservations Services Supervisor to lead daily guest interactions, manage bookings for rooms, spa and dining, and drive revenue through upselling. You will ensure high professional standards, maintain accuracy in reservations, and collaborate closely with other departments in a luxury environment.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in a Reservations Supervisor position at a 5-star hotel, with Middle East experience considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Reservations Supervisor at a 5-star hotel environment.
• Experience in the Middle East region is an advantage.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer hotel’s main telephone (HelloMO) and emails from external and internal stakeholders.
• Take ownership of guest requests and address them promptly and professionally.
• Process and confirm guest reservations for Rooms, F&B and Spa; input into the systems.
• Explain rates, guarantees, policies and document special requests.
• Upsell rooms, outlets and spa treatments where appropriate.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
