IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Telephone Operator for its luxury InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa property. The role centers on delivering exceptional guest service through efficient call handling, accurate information, and seamless coordination with hotel departments to ensure memorable guest experiences.

The position requires professional communication, strong telephone etiquette, and a client-focused attitude in a five-star hotel environment in Doha.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Strong telephone etiquette and professional demeanor.
• Experience in guest service centers or front office is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally following hotel etiquette.
• Provide information about facilities, hours, and promotions to guests.
• Manage wake-up calls, messages, and call forwarding accurately.
• Record and deliver messages to the correct departments without delay.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and front office to ensure timely service.
• Follow up on guest requests and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure smooth handovers of information between shifts.
