Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
• Experience in telephone operations or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally.
• Transfer calls to departments and relay messages accurately.
• Manage wake-up calls and guest requests efficiently.
• Coordinate emergency communications per hotel procedures.
• Keep records of calls and guest interactions.
