• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant and beverage operations and enforce opening/closing procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop F&B staff; manage rosters and attendance.
• Support revenue targets via upselling and efficient cost control.
