Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Doha, Qatar, seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage leader to oversee culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations. You will drive guest and employee satisfaction while meeting financial targets and ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.

Lead a large F&B team, develop budgets and business plans, and implement strategies to elevate the guest experience across the property.

Qualificações

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED with 4 years in F&B or related field; OR 2-year degree with 2 years in F&B or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beverage departments.
• Maintains a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations.
• Utilizes budgets to understand financial objectives.
• Manages the Food and Beverage departments (not catering sales).
• Supervises and manages employees and day-to-day operations; can perform duties in employees' absence.
• Provides leadership and coaching to team members to ensure excellent guest service and compliance with brand standards.

Formação académica

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in F&B, culinary, or related professional area

2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in F&B
