Our Habitas Doha is seeking an F&B Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences aligned with our brand. You will supervise and coach team members, manage service standards, and maintain high levels of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

The role emphasizes upselling, guest engagement, and collaboration with other departments to deliver memorable dining experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of F&B operations experience, luxury hotel or resort preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and beverage operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Supervise and develop team members, conduct briefings, and manage staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Support upselling and accurate billing; manage cash and POS transactions.
