Job summary

The St. Regis Residence in Doha, Qatar, seeks a Full Time Sales & Marketing professional to handle guest requests, reservations, and general office duties while maximizing revenue through upselling and brand awareness.

You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams and ensure professional communication with guests. Preferred candidates have at least 2 years of related experience and a high school diploma; no supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems and upsell to maximize revenue.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information and process reservations by phone, fax, or mail.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
