Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Doha is seeking a Guest Services / Sales Support professional to handle guest calls, reservations, and requests, while promoting the brand and ensuring a premium guest experience.

The role emphasizes up-selling and maintaining Marriott’s luxury standards. A high school diploma and hospitality experience are preferred, with a professional appearance and strong communication skills expected for success.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by coordinating with Sales, Data Administration, and Accounting as needed.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and guest loyalty; up-sell where appropriate.
• Determine compliments for guests (points, tickets, certificates).
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into reservation systems.
• Answer, record, and process guest inquiries and concerns.
• Support Sales & Marketing with general office duties.
• Assist management in training and motivating staff; serve as a role model.
