Job summary

The Sheraton Doha on Al Corniche Street in Doha, Qatar is seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing professional to handle guest calls, reservations, and loyalty programs, while applying sales techniques to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or sales a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems promptly and professionally.
• Process reservations, changes, and cancellations by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into reservation software and support sales activities.
• Assist management in training and motivating staff; maintain brand standards and confidentiality.
