Job summary

Westin Hotels & Resorts in Doha seeks a Sales & Marketing professional to coordinate guest services, reservations, and brand-driven experiences. You will earn revenue through upselling and ensure loyalty program actions are correctly processed, while upholding Marriott standards.

You will resolve guest requests, process reservations by phone/fax/mail, and support the Sales & Marketing team with admin duties, training, and timely communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Marriott Rewards processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and loyalty, including up-selling.
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into the reservation software.
• Provide general office support to Sales & Marketing (filing, emails, typing, faxing).
• Assist management in training and motivating employees; maintain professional conduct and confidentiality.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships; support team goals; respond to concerns of staff.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
