Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Doha is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to join the Cluster Sales team. You will drive revenue, manage key accounts, and implement strategic plans for local corporate, long-stay, group, and leisure segments across Four Seasons Hotel Doha and related properties in Qatar.

The role requires 2–3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with the Doha market and fluency in English are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in luxury hotels or resorts in a similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, hospitality or business background advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer the hotel’s sales program and strategy.
• Develop and implement sales action plans for local corporate, long-stay, group and leisure segments.
• Cultivate key accounts, monitor revenue, and drive up-selling opportunities.
• Attend trade shows, host site visits, and promote rooms, F&B and events to clients.
