Job summary

Raffles & Fairmont Spa seeks a guest-focused receptionist to welcome guests and manage spa reservations in a luxury environment. You will handle check-in/out, inquiries, and promote spa services while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and familiarity with spa management systems. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma/certification in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized service aligned with brand standards.
• Manage spa and recreation reservations and scheduling using the spa booking system.
• Handle inquiries about treatments, facilities, memberships, hours and promotions.
• Conduct check-in and check-out including payment processing and billing.
• Maintain a professional reception and coordinate communication between therapists, attendants and guests.
• Promote spa services, wellness programs, memberships and retail products.
• Maintain guest profiles and appointment records.
• Ensure requests are handled promptly and discreetly.
• Support opening/closing procedures of spa and recreation facilities.
• Adhere to health, safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in training and continuous learning.
