Qualifications

• Experience in spa reception, front office, or guest services is an asset.
• Good knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good computer skills and ability to manage reservations and payments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly greet guests and create a positive first impression.
• Handle spa reservations, appointments and guest inquiries professionally.
• Explain and recommend spa treatments, services and wellness experiences.
• Coordinate appointments with therapists and ensure a smooth guest journey.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area.
• Communicate guest preferences to the Spa Therapist and Supervisor.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally and escalate as needed.
• Promote spa treatments, packages and retail products where appropriate.
• Support day-to-day operation of the spa and assist colleagues as required.
