Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a senior leader to own the Loyalty & Partnerships pillar in Qatar, guiding program design, member engagement, and partner strategy across the GCC. You will drive end-to-end loyalty initiatives and manage a growing team, coordinating with product, marketing, and commercial teams to maximize member value.

In this role you will shape the loyalty roadmap, design tier mechanics, and execute multi-channel campaigns while expanding the partner network and ensuring program

Qualifications

• Loyalty/partnerships experience totaling 6+ years with leadership exposure.
• Direct ownership of loyalty or rewards programs, with tier design and economics.
• Proven B2B partner acquisition and full sales cycle ownership.
• Experience leading a team of 3–6 people and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end loyalty program strategy including tier design and economics.
• Define and track core KPIs for engagement, retention, and LTV impact.
• Shape loyalty roadmap with Product/Tech and integrate with Snoonu ecosystem.
• Lead quarterly reviews and govern program evolution against competition.
• Design and execute member campaigns with CRM and Marketing.
• Drive partner acquisition and negotiate terms for strategic offers.
