Job summary

Qureos seeks experienced Learning & Development professionals to support organizational learning, training needs analysis and employee-development programs. You will conduct needs analysis, develop training plans and deliver soft-skills training.

Minimum 6 years in L&D with ERP/HR systems familiarity; Arabic-English bilingual is preferred. This is a full-time role based in Qatar, requiring coordination with internal and external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• Postgraduate Business/HR qualification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant Learning & Development experience.
• Strong experience in training-needs analysis and program evaluation.
• Soft-skills facilitation/training delivery experience highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP/HR systems, ISO and risk requirements advantageous.
• Arabic and English bilingual capability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis and identify skills gaps.
• Develop annual and periodic training plans.
• Design and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Develop and/or deliver soft-skills and professional-development training.
• Coordinate internal and external training providers.
• Analyse training participation, effectiveness and outcomes.
• Maintain training records, reports and statistics.
• Support training budgets and related administrative processes.
• Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements.
