Job summary

Qureos is seeking a technically experienced Technical Learning & Development Specialist to support technical capability development and training programs in Doha, Qatar. You will identify skill gaps, develop technical training plans, coordinate workshops, and evaluate training effectiveness.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline and a minimum of 6 years' Learning & Development experience, with strong communication and coordination skills to liaise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years' relevant Learning & Development/training experience.
• Strong understanding of technical/electrical training requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination and training-development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify technical skills and competency gaps.
