Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a senior Process Enhancement professional to identify, design, and implement optimized business processes across operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, establish KPIs, and drive end-to-end improvements in collaboration with stakeholders to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma discipline, change management, and data-driven decision making within a large international bank environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in process reengineering, consulting or project management in financial services.
• Proven track record with Six Sigma methodologies and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Identify current processes and elicit useful/harmful attributes.
• Document models of processes and facilitate stakeholder consensus on new designs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, measure and optimize processes.
• Establish KPI measurement plans and monitor progress across reengineering initiatives.
• Ensure end-to-end process improvement aligns with SLAs and efficiency goals.
