Job summary

Hilton in Doha is seeking a proactive Junior Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and inspire a warm hospitality culture across Food & Beverage outlets. You’ll work closely with the culinary team to deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee production, help develop seasonal menus, and foster collaboration between Front of House and Back of House, while supporting stock control and scheduling to keep the kitchen efficient and guest focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary team: Provide hands‑on leadership and in‑the‑moment coaching to kitchen staff, with a focus on Food & Beverage outlets
• Oversee production and service: Manage daily kitchen operations, including creating and monitoring production lists, completing line checks, and managing service
• Enhance menu offerings: Develop and implement seasonal menus, promotional features, and daily specials
• Promote cross‑department collaboration: Foster strong, positive relationships between Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure seamless operations
• Provide administrative support: Assist with stock take management, ordering, and scheduling
