Formación

• Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Experience in Latin American cuisine and menu development.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills; commitment to high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing day-to-day kitchen operations with focus on quality and consistency.
• Prepare and present Latin American-inspired dishes with creativity.
• Collaborate on menus with Head Chef and Sous Chef to reflect concept.
• Oversee training and development of junior kitchen staff.
• Ensure top food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in inventory, ordering, and reducing waste; manage kitchen costs.
• Contribute to exceptional guest dining experiences with innovative offerings.
