Qualifications

• Culinary qualification from a recognized institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day kitchen operations with consistency and quality.
• Prepare, cook, and present Latin American-inspired dishes with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to develop and update menus to match concept.
• Oversee training and performance of junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
• Help manage kitchen costs, portions, and operational procedures.
