Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks an experienced IT Transformation Project Manager to lead complex, customer-facing programs in the telecom space. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and risk while ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment, and vendor collaboration to maximize value.

Required are 10–15 years of IT transformation experience and PMP/Prince2 certification. Strong leadership and a proven ability to deliver large-scale systems within defined timelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent master’s degree in technology is required or advantageous.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering large, complex, customer-facing IT systems.
• Experience with partner/vendor management, outsourcing and varied engagement models.
• Ability to manage total cost of ownership and negotiate with third parties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned programs/projects with focus on cost, quality, and customer satisfaction within defined timelines.
• Manage project scope, resources, risks, issues, change control, and high-quality deliverables.
• Establish governance to oversee programs/projects with proper tracking and reporting.
• Monitor performance and provide updates to stakeholders per schedule.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders and ensure defined scope is met.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers/vendors and extract maximum output.
• Drive realization of benefits by identifying and implementing value strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and navigate complex projects.
• Perform additional tasks as delegated by Line Manager.
