Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Qatar seeks an IT Project Manager with 15+ years in banking tech to lead Securities, Custody & Fund Administration projects. You will drive end-to-end transformations across business, technology, and vendors, delivering integration and data migration for key platforms.

The role requires strong stakeholder management with executives, PMP certification, and proven Enterprise PM capabilities across complex multi-vendor programs, budgets, risks, and governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in banking technology and transformation.
• 8+ years leading large-scale Securities, Custody, Fund Administration, or Investment Operations platform implementations.
• Experience delivering complex multi-vendor transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior business and technology executives.
• PMP Certification.
• Strong expertise in Enterprise Project/Program Management.
• Experience in platform transformation, product gap analysis, solution design, systems integration, and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Securities, Custody, Fund Administration, and Investment Operations transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Lead implementation and integration of securities and investment operations platforms.
• Coordinate business requirements, product gap analysis, solution design, integration, and data migration.
• Manage complex multi-vendor transformation programs and technology partners.
• Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure projects meet quality, security, operational, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive project governance, reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive communication.
• Lead cross-functional teams through planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition.
