Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in project management, and quantitative and qualitative research/evaluation.
• Strong understanding of corporate performance frameworks.
• Excellent data analysis skills and ability to identify underlying causes.
• Excellent communication skills; Arabic proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery of strategic initiatives through project-based work.
• Understand organization strategy, track KPIs, and conduct data analysis to recommend impactful initiatives.
• Assess new opportunities and develop business cases for cost savings, revenue growth, and integration.
• Develop and implement project management approaches for governance and administration.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure effective communications and feedback.
• Track, monitor and report program measures and budget status weekly/monthly.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and participate in planning meetings.
• Support development of program charters and plans with scope and accountability.
• Collaborate with Qatar Foundation shared services and contracted teams for program delivery.
• Implement policies, guidelines and standards for programs and initiatives.
• Maintain quality management documentation for performance evaluations.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
