Job summary

Tanqeeb in Qatar is seeking an experienced Program and Project Manager to lead planning, budgeting, and governance for assigned programs and projects. You will define objectives, deliverables, KPIs, and ensure compliance with risk controls while coordinating with stakeholders across the organization.

The role requires 8-10 years of full-time experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and ideally PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Admin, Engineering or Technology).
• 8-10 years of full-time experience, with at least 3 in supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies; PMP or equivalent desirable.
• International experience, preferably in the Middle East, is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, planning and project management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, negotiation, teamwork and presentation skills.
• Good financial and budget management awareness for projects.
• Excellent writing skills; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office; MS SharePoint knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual planning and budgeting for programs and projects.
• Plan and develop program frameworks and annual project plans.
• Review and guide program analyses to improve existing programs.
• Manage project budgets and control expenditures within delegated authority.
• Lead periodic reviews to identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Ensure delivery within cost, time, and quality baselines.
• Establish collaborative relationships to support program delivery.
• Support divisional plans and cross-centre collaboration.
• Evaluate project approaches for alignment with business needs.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
