Job summary

Nair Systems LLC in Qatar seeks an IT Project Manager with 10–15 years of banking technology project management experience to lead large-scale transformations, OBDS digital platform deployments, and data migration programs. You will own end-to-end lifecycles, governance, budgeting, risk management, and senior stakeholder reporting in a fast-paced fintech consulting environment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end banking tech transformation projects, large-scale system implementations, and digital migrations in Qatar.
Establish robust project governance, budgeting, financial tracking, and risk management.
Manage transaction and corporate banking platforms, and OBDX/digital banking deployments.
Oversee legacy system migrations, digital cutover planning, and data reconciliation.
Drive business analysis and requirement management across cross-functional units.
Coordinate with stakeholders, operations, compliance, and third-party vendors.
Supervise SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support.
Provide clear executive status reports on milestones, budgets, and risks.
