Job summary

Kent Data Centres in Doha, Qatar is hiring a Senior Project Manager with hyperscale data centre experience. The role collaborates closely with the Country Operations Manager and leads design reviews, site surveys, and cross-functional coordination to deliver complex MEP systems.

The ideal candidate has extensive data centre infrastructure knowledge, strong English communication, and proven leadership in managing large-scale projects across multiple teams. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

5+ years of data centre infrastructure (Power/ cooling) experience.
PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications are beneficial.
Excellent work ethic and proactive individual.
Capable of working under own initiative and as part of a team.
Leadership and focus on staff progression and career development.
Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
Willingness to travel in the region.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior management to formulate strategy.
Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity.
Review data centre MEP designs and shop drawings.
Liaise with contractors/sub-contractors and ensure drawings have required information.
Check and approve submittals and technical documentation.
Attend client and supplier meetings and support project delivery.
