Job summary

UCC Holding is seeking a Data Center Technical Manager to lead end-to-end technical integrity of hyperscale data center projects in Doha. You will own design standards and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across power, cooling, civil, and ICT to deliver commissioning-ready solutions.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure constructability, design quality, and alignment with client requirements throughout FEED, detailed design, and handover phases.

Qualifications

• Essential Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline (BEng / MEng).
• 10+ years of engineering experience in mission-critical facilities or data center projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering hyperscale or large-scale colocation data center projects.
• Deep working knowledge of data center power architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across power, cooling, civil/structural, and ICT disciplines.
• Own technical standards and design basis documentation through FEED.
• Ensure designs are constructable and ready for site execution.
• Manage inter discipline coordination and clash resolution using 3D modelling tools (REVIT, etc.).
