Job summary

confidential is seeking a Construction Manager responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center projects in Qatar. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with project standards.

The ideal candidate should have at least 12 years of construction management experience and Proven delivery of Data Center or Mission Critical projects, with strong familiarity in Tier III and Tier IV standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–18 years of construction management experience.
• Minimum 5–8 years delivering Data Center, Mission Critical, or Critical Infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction execution plans.
• Lead day-to-day construction activities across all disciplines.
• Monitor construction progress and implement recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality procedures.
