Job summary

Employment is seeking a Data Center Technical Manager in Doha to lead end-to-end engineering for hyperscale data center projects. You will oversee electrical, cooling, civil, and ICT disciplines, maintain design standards, and coordinate OEM interfaces throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The role requires a senior track record in mission-critical facilities, strong leadership, and collaboration with executives and clients to ensure safe, efficient commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (BEng/MEng) or related discipline.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in mission-critical facilities or data center projects.
• Experience delivering hyperscale or large-scale colocation data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams across power, cooling, civil/structural, and ICT.
• Own design standards and documentation from FEED through to construction handover.
• Coordinate inter-discipline design reviews, approvals, and O&M handover.
• Interface with hyperscale clients, OEMs, and authorities to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure designs are constructable, operable, and meet safety and quality gates.
