Job summary

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major Tier 3 standalone data centre development in Qatar. You will coordinate design, construction, commissioning and handover, interfacing with client, consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality.

An established engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Tier 3 standalone data centre development in Qatar. An exciting opportunity for technically strong and commercially aware project professional to take overall responsibility for coordinating the design, construction, commissioning and handover of a mission-critical facility. The successful candidate will act as a key interface between the client, consultant team, contractor, specialist vendors and project stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality and performance standards.

A degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.10+ years' project management experience, with substantial major-project delivery experience. Proven experience delivering data centres, mission-critical facilities or complex high-availability MEP projects. Strong understanding of Tier 3 data-centre principles, redundancy, resilience and critical infrastructure. Experience managing multidisciplinary design and construction teams. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, commissioning and integrated systems testing.
