Job summary

CG Resourcing Ltd is partnering with an established engineering consultancy to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Tier 3 standalone data centre development in Qatar.

You will coordinate the design, construction, commissioning and handover, acting as the central interface between the client, design teams, contractors and vendors to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery to the required standards.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 10+ years' project management experience, with substantial major-project delivery experience.
• Proven experience delivering data centres, mission-critical facilities or complex high-availability MEP projects.
• Strong understanding of Tier 3 data-centre principles, redundancy, resilience and critical infrastructure.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary design and construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, commissioning and integrated systems testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a major Tier 3 standalone data centre development in Qatar.
