Job summary

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major Tier 3 standalone data centre development in Qatar. You will coordinate design, construction, commissioning and handover, interfacing with client, consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience across major projects.
• Proven experience delivering data centres or high-availability MEP projects.
• Strong understanding of Tier 3 data-centre principles, redundancy and resilience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary design and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a major Tier 3 standalone data centre development in Qatar.
• Coordinate design, construction, commissioning and handover activities.
• Interface between client, consultants, contractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery safely, on programme, within budget and to required quality.
