Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration/Psychology; postgraduate degree preferred.
• More than 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bi-lingual English and Arabic preferable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates existing HR policy and benefits against best practices; supports adoption of proposals.
• Formulates HR policy, systems and procedures in alignment with company objectives and laws.
• Designs and reviews HR processes, flowcharts, and forms to implement policy.
