Aufgaben

• Maintain and update employees' personnel files with complete documentation.
• Process payroll coordination and ensure timely salary payments.
• Prepare employment contracts, renewals, amendments, and related documents.
• Oversee onboarding documentation and hiring procedures.
• Manage status changes, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments.
• Handle resignations, terminations, and exit procedures.
• Issue HR letters and certificates upon request.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, overtime, and absenteeism.
• Maintain attendance records and resolve discrepancies with departments.
• Manage annual and sick leave balances per policy and law.
• Prepare attendance and leave reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and internal policies.
• Maintain documentation for labor inspections and audits.
