Job summary

Tafaseel BPO, located in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an HR Generalist to manage human resource functions effectively, from employee relations to payroll administration. The role involves ensuring legal compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and maintaining accurate employee records.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and possesses proven experience in HR roles, especially in understanding Qatar Labour laws. Excellent organizational and communication skills are key to succeeding in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and wage protection regulations.
• Maintain accurate attendance data for payroll calculations.
• Manage changes in employee status such as new hires and terminations.
• Ensure gratuities, annual leave encashment, and related benefits are processed on time.
