Kempinski Doha seeks an organized HR Coordinator to manage casual labor and outsourced workforce across hotel operations. You will bridge between departments like F&B, Banqueting, Culinary, Housekeeping, and external agencies, ensuring compliant timekeeping, onboarding, and cost control.

The role requires 1–2 years HR experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Qatar Labour Law. You will coordinate onboarding, timekeeping, and payroll-related activities in a luxury hotel environment.

Formación

• 1–2 years of HR experience in a luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
• Experience with outsourced workforce operations and timekeeping is desirable.
• Solid knowledge of Qatar Labour Law related to outsourced staffing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, data reconciliation) and familiarity with HRIS/time-attendance systems.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee casual and outsourced labor requests, deployment, and tracking across departments.
• Coordinate with third-party labor agencies on shift requirements and attendance confirmations.
• Onboard casual staff, issue security badges, and conduct basic inductions.
• Monitor timesheets, biometrics, and approvals for cross-verification.
• Verify labor billing and cost allocation with supplier invoices for Finance.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law, health and safety, and grooming guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for outsourced personnel (QID, health certificates, etc.).
