Kempinski Hotels seeks an organized HR Coordinator to oversee casual labor and outsourced staffing in our Doha property. You will bridge hotel departments with external agencies, ensuring accurate timekeeping, compliant documentation, and timely staffing coverage.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in HR within luxury hospitality in the GCC, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of Qatar Labour Law. Join us to maintain high service standards and seamless operations.

Formación

• 1–2 years of HR experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or GCC/Qatar environment.
• Experience managing outsourced workforce operations and HR timekeeping/payroll.
• Solid understanding of Qatar Labour Law for outsourced and temporary staffing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, data reconciliation) and familiarity with HRIS/time-attendance software.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with high integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and streamline daily requests, deployment, and tracking of casual and outsourced labor across departments.
• Coordinate with third-party labor agencies on shift requirements, attendance confirmations, and rate agreements.
• Onboard, grooming checks, security badge issuance, and inductions for temporary staff.
• Monitor timekeeping, biometric punch logs, and timesheet validations with department head approvals.
• Verify casual labor billing and cross-check timesheets against supplier invoices.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law, hotel health and safety, hygiene, and Kempinski grooming guidelines.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of outsourced personnel documentation (QID, health certificates).
